Giving back

AOP Away Day

In October, staff at the AOP stepped away from their desks and turned their hands to a range of community projects across London and beyond. OT’s clinical editor for multimedia, Ceri Smith-Jaynes, lent a helping hand at Victoria Jubilee Gardens in St Annes. Sharing insight into her day volunteering, she told OT: “We strimmed, raked and cleared a load of litter, cut back the beech hedge and cleared a lot of leaves – I even managed to return a dog collar to Snowey’s owner.” Pictured is Ceri (left) with fellow volunteer Elaine and park ranger, Ed.
