Already planning which exhibitors to make a beeline for at 100% Optical? OT has put together a list of plans shared by exhibitors across the optical sector to help delegates organise their weekend.

1 ZEST training sessions at The Body Doctor stand

The Body Doctor will be hosting free training sessions for the Zocular Eyelid System Technology (ZEST) on Sunday 1 March at 100% Optical.

ZEST is an in-practice deep cleansing system using patented Zokrex technology and activated okra polysaccharide complexes.

The one-hour training sessions are designed for clinicians who are offering ZEST or planning to introduce it to their dry eye clinics.

The sessions will include an introduction to ZEST with live demonstration, hands-on breakout groups and a question and answer discussion.

Spaces will be limited so practitioners are encouraged to register in advance to secure a place.

2 Cloud-based, seamless working from Zeiss

Zeiss Medical Technology will launch its Zeiss Collaborative Care cloud-based software application at 100% Optical.

With a browser-based app, Zeiss Collaborative Care is designed to enable eye care professionals to work together seamlessly, securely sharing data and referring patients.

The company suggests the solution addresses longstanding challenges in ophthalmic care around fragmented data sharing and inefficient referral processes.

By enabling real-time communication, structured referrals, and shared clinical insights, the solution is designed to empower eye care providers to make faster and more confident clinical decisions.

Claire Martin, Zeiss head of strategy and marketing for ophthalmic diagnostics in the UK, said: “We are thrilled to be launching this innovative solution at 100% Optical here in the UK.”

“In recent years, we’ve seen a growing need for solutions that can seamlessly support a shared care model, in line with the NHS 10-Year Plan focusing on prevention, personalisation, and integration,” she said.

Martin added: “We believe that Zeiss Collaborative Care will empower our customers to address these challenges and help transform continuity of care across the ophthalmic patient pathway.”

As part of the company’s sustainability commitments, Eyespace has reused the structural elements of its stand since its first appearance at the show a decade ago. For the 2026 exhibition, the company has reimagined its stand concept.

Eyespace has seven frames shortlisted for the Love Eyewear Awards, while a number of frames will debut on the 100% Optical Catwalk.
