Love Eyewear Awards 2025 open for entries

A new category recognising optical practices for Best Use of Social Media has been added to the awards this year

Entries have opened for Love Eyewear Awards 2025, championing eyewear design and retailing across 12 different categories.

The awards will be held on the first day of 100% Optical 2025, 1 March, during an evening celebration.

Award categories for eyewear design include: New Designer 2025 Sustainable Frame of the Year, Luxury Frame of the Year, and Eyewear Accessory of the Year.

The awards also celebrate optical practices with the Eyewear Retailer of the Year and Most Engaging Practice Window awards, along with a new category for 2025, Best Use of Social Media.

Selin Pera, senior marketing executive at CloserStill Media, said: “As our 2025 tagline is all about ‘focusing on the future,’ we’re excited to see what innovation, technology and fashion trends 2025 Love Eyewear Awards bring to the industry.”

Entries will close on 20 January 2025 and will be followed by a judging process, which will include eye care professionals who have previously won at the Love Eyewear Awards.

Discussing the addition of eye care professionals to the judging panel this year, Pera said: “They are the ones who bring these frames into their practices. It’s vital we seek their opinion and ensure we really do bring the optical community together.”
