Art in eyewear
Etnia Barcelona has launched its new kids collection for the Spring/Summer 2025 season.
The brand invites children to BeAnArtist, with the company suggesting the collection embodies “attitude and vibrant fun, reminding us that children see the world with limitless creativity.”
The line includes 11 designs: seven optical frames and four sunglasses, all inspired by animal names and in unique shapes.

Customisable style
Dibble Optical has presented the Variable Fit Collection for Dilli Dalli, describing it as the “most customisable eyewear for kids.”
The collection has been designed for children who can be hard to fit and who need more stability in their frames, with precise fit at certain touch points such as the nose pad and cable temples area.
Three styles are included in the sub-collection, in sizes ranging from 40 to 44 and available in four colours.
The temples are interchangeable between the Variable Fit models, allowing for styles to be mixed and matched.
The IntelliFlex 3 Hinge system, evolved into a third generation of the design, offers enhanced flexibility.
The brand said: “Every child deserves eyewear that feels good and stays put, and the Dilli Dalli Variable Fit Collection ensures just that – with the ultimate in customisation, comfort, and durability.”

Award winner
At 100% Optical, Götti Switzerland received the Love Eyewear Award for kid’s frame of the year.
The Götti Dimension Next collection is made to be lightweight and flexible and individual, designed without screws or soldered joints. The different parts of the frame can be combined in 15 different colours.
The glasses are produced in layers through a 3D printing process.
Talking to OT about the award-win, Sven Götti, founder of the brand, said: “Creating eyewear for children is a matter of respect and responsibility for us. It is often the first time that little ones come into contact with glasses, and it is crucial that they have a positive experience.”

Fun with prints
Marcolin has revealed the latest frames in the Guess Kids Eyewear collection, characterised by lively colours and extravagant designs.
Stand-out features of the collection include patterns inspired by butterflies, hearts and animal prints.
The rounded acetate ‘GU50267’ is decorated with contrasting HD lamination and animal prints. The sides can be colour-block or transparent and feature the Guess logo.

Continental Eyewear launched eight new models in its Star Fit children’s range at 100% Optical. The new frames in the collection are designed for children aged between six and 12 years old.
The brand shared: “This range reinforces our commitment to blending functionality with fashion, ensuring older children have access to well-fitting stylish eyewear.”

The collection emphasises lightweight materials, adjustable features, and vibrant designs.
