Vision Express has partnered with Stream and will bring its Workplace Finance to all UK employees, the company announced last week (30 March).

The partnership means Vision Express employees will benefit from a suite of tools that have been designed to support financial security and education.

The tools will allow employees to better organise their long-term financial planning, as well as giving them greater visibility over day-to-day spending and money management.

Vision Express hopes that the partnership will allow colleagues to build their financial resilience.

Dawn Price, HR director at Vision Express, said: “Our colleagues are at the heart of Vision Express, and supporting their wellbeing is a priority for us.

“Financial confidence plays a vital role in overall wellbeing, and we are excited to introduce Stream’s Workplace Finance platform to offer our teams better access to practical tools that help them better understand and manage their money to work towards their financial goals.”

The Workplace Finance tools will be directly integrated into Vision Express’ existing HR and payroll systems, the multiple said.

Stream Workplace Tools can be accessed and managed by users via a smartphone app.

The tools will give staff the ability to track shifts and earnings, budget in real-time, save directly from their salary into high-interest savings accounts, and access affordable credit with low interest rates.

Peter Briffett, chief executive officer and co-founder of Stream, said: “By embedding fair and streamlined financial tools into the workplace, Vision Express is helping to set new benchmarks for the industry.”

Stream’s Workplace Finance is currently used by more than four million workers across the UK, US and Europe.

The partnership will allow those working for Vision Express build stronger financial resilience, Briffett said.
