Commenting on his appointment, Draper said: “I am delighted to be taking on this role at such an exciting time for the business, with recent additions to the Bausch + Lomb Ultra portfolio.”

Draper's background spans sales leadership, marketing, professional affairs, and key account management across the UK and international markets.

The company noted that the UK, Ireland, and Nordics represent the largest Vision Care cluster in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), with several product launches planned in the short- to mid-term.

Draper shared: “The UK, Ireland and Nordics are dynamic markets with significant opportunity, and I look forward to working closely with our customers and teams to drive sustainable growth and deliver meaningful innovation.”

Bausch + Lomb suggested Draper’s “deep market knowledge, optometric background, and strong customer relationships position him well to lead the next phase of growth under the company’s Vision27 strategy.”
