British eyewear brand Kirk & Kirk has added to its senior management team and launched an investment programme.
Hugh Clark joins the eyewear company as chairman, bringing with him experience as a board member of Clarks Shoes and CEO of outdoor clothing company Rohan.
Speaking about his appointment in City AM, Mr Clark said: “This is an ambitious fast-growing business which has the potential to be a major player in the fashion accessories market, both in the UK and overseas.”
Kirk & Kirk is seeking investment of up to £1.07m in order to expand its range and increase its presence in the eyewear market.
A minimum fundraising target of £750,000 has been set on private equity investment platform GrowthDeck with an 15.42% equity stake offered.
