Entries have opened for the Love Eyewear Awards, which will be held at 100% Optical 28 February–2 March 2026.

The awards celebrate eyewear from designers, manufacturers and retailers, as well as optical practices, across 13 categories.

Entries close at 5pm on 1 December, with the shortlist revealed in January and awards given on the 100% Catwalk stage on the first day of the optical trade show.

Sarah Daniels, senior marketing manager at CloserStill Media, organiser of 100% Optical, said: “The Love Eyewear Awards were created to shine a spotlight on the creativity and passion that drives the industry forward. Each year, we’re proud to celebrate the designers, retailers, and practices, both established and emerging, who make eyewear such an exciting industry.”

The judging panel includes Tarrence Lackran, founder of New York’s EYECON show, Beedie On Eyewear, an eyewear content creator and optometrist, Clodagh Norton, director of Eyestylist, and Stefano Ampollini, editor in chief of Eyebook.

Kayla Heersink, an American Board of Opticianry-certified optician, also joins the panel, along with Maarten Weidema, founder of The Eyewear Forum, Alison Price, dispensing optician at Respectacle Co, and Daniel Feldman, executive director at The Optical Journal.

Lackran commented: “The Love Eyewear Awards celebrate the innovation, artistry, and vision that make our industry so dynamic and inspiring. I’m honoured to join the panel of judges and help recognise the designers and brands who are shaping the future of eyewear.”

Leicestershire-based Respectacle Co received the Love Eyewear Award for Eyewear Retailer of the Year in 2025, with Price describing the achievement as “an incredible honour that validated our passion and commitment to the industry.”

“It’s a celebration of innovation and community, and I’m proud to be part of something that highlights the best in eyewear,” Price added.

With the judging panel for the 2026 awards revealed, Daniels commented: “With this year’s diverse judging panel, we’re thrilled to showcase the very best of eyewear talent at the 2026 show.”
