A myopia management programme designed by the Brien Holden Vision Institute will be available for practitioners in the UK next month.

The Myopia management course covers the latest advances in myopia research and aims to help optometrists to identify at risk patients while arming them with the skills to best manage progressive myopia.

The six-hour online course, which opens on 12 June, is described as self-paced and includes instructional videos, interactive case studies and a live webinar.

Comprising five one-hour modules, the webinar aspect of the programme will run on 27 June and will feature global leaders in myopia control.

The course is CET accredited for six points, with it also accredited for practitioners in the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia.

The course costs £130. For more information and to take part in the course, visit the Brien Holden Vision Institute website.
