Stepper launches AI information platform
Ask Stepper is designed to support the dispensing experience for both practices and patients
28 July 2026
Stepper Eyewear has launched an artificial intelligence-powered knowledge platform to support practices and patients in the dispensing experience.
The Ask Stepper platform has two formats, one designed for eye care professionals and a second for consumers.
The version for business users provides practices with immediate access to detailed product information, materials, anatomical fit principles, World Fit expertise, marketing resources and training support.
This means teams spend less time searching for information and more time providing the right frame solution for patients, Stepper suggested.
The platform has also been designed to support staff development and build confidence in recommending Stepper Eyewear products.
A consumer version of Ask Stepper has also been launched to help explain the benefits of frame materials, anatomical fit, comfort and design in clear and accessible language.
The consumer experience has been designed to complement the expertise of eye care professionals.
The company suggested: “By helping patients better understand the principles behind comfortable, well-fitting eyewear, consultations can become more informed, more engaging and ultimately more productive.”
Peter Reeve, managing director of Stepper (UK) Limited, said: “Ask Stepper has been developed to complement the expertise of eye care professionals by making trusted Stepper knowledge instantly accessible.”
“Whether supporting practice teams with product information or helping patients better understand the importance of anatomical fit and comfort, our goal is simple – to help practices deliver the very best dispensing experience and vision outcomes,” he said.
