British eyewear brand TD Tom Davies has announced that it will host a social media workshop for opticians as part of its next ‘A day with Tom’ programme on 18 May.
After a successful first ‘A day with Tom’ event in March, combined with the launch of a new social media package for its customers, the company will offer the additional training during the next workshop, which will be held at its London-based factory.
During the sessions, attendees will be given a step-by-step tutorial on using popular social media channels such as Facebook and Instagram. Practitioners will also be given tips on how they can use social media to increase their following, as well as how to use the company’s new social media package.
Speaking about the day, a spokesperson for TD Tom Davies said: “This event will be a chance for Tom to share his passion and experience of eyewear design by spending a whole day with his customers. The programme for the day will include a factory tour, selling techniques, bespoke demonstrations and much more.”
