Eyespace to launch spring and summer designs to mark milestone for the Federation of Manufacturing Opticians
28 February 2017
Eyespace will be launching a collection of over 100 new frames at Optrafair (1–3 April, Birmingham NEC).
Visitors to the Federation of Manufacturing Opticians’ (FMO) trade show will be the first to discover new ‘groundbreaking’ technical frame innovations, according to Eyespace.
The innovations will include Fluidflex hinge technology, which will be introduced on 10 new Jensen Black styles.
The new frames feature ‘Japanese performance titanium,’ stainless steel and titanium memory metal.
Eyespace believes that Jensen Black is a ‘standout range within the precision-engineered men’s eyewear category.’
The company is highlighting that the contemporary collection is designed and developed exclusively in the UK.
Reflecting on the Birmingham trade show, Eyespace marketing manager, Nicky Clement, told OT: “We thought it a perfectly fitting celebration to launch 100 new models at Optrafair, in the year the FMO celebrates its centenary.
“We have also chosen to highlight the incredible technical innovations and premium quality materials available to glasses wearers today, no matter their budget.”
“There are stunning new shapes and compelling colour palettes to take in, that align perfectly to the fashion-forward appetite of today’s patients,” she said.
“With six modern and intrinsically British collections that strike the perfect balance between fashion and form, Eyespace is known for its passion for eyewear, extremely competitive pricing, designer-led merchandising and unparalleled quality contemporary designs,” she concluded.
