Mainline Optical has appointed Gavin Miller to the newly-created role of commercial manager.
Miller has extensive experience within the optical industry after holding commercial and sales positions with organisations including CooperVision, Rodenstock and Shamir.
In the new role, he will take on nationwide responsibility for sales development across Mainline Optical’s eyewear offering.
This spans the supplier’s paediatric portfolio through Dibble Optical, sports and safety eyewear collections, and the recently launched bespoke 3D-printed eyewear range.
Tanya Storey, managing director of Mainline Optical, welcomed the new appointment, commenting: “As we continue to evolve our product offering and identify new opportunities within the market, Gavin’s experience will be invaluable in helping us strengthen existing partnerships, develop new business and support our long-term ambitions.”

Mainline Optical suggested the appointment reflected its commitment to expanding its market presence and supporting future growth across UK and international markets.
