Dr Byki Huntjens
Dr Byki Huntjens is a Dutch optometrist, consultant educator and President of the British Contact Lens Association (BCLA). She is education lead with the Association of Optometrists, honorary senior research fellow at City St George’s, University of London, and a fellow of both BCLA and IACLE. Her work focuses on contact lenses and dry eye, bringing research and innovation into everyday clinical practice.
Dr Carolina Kunnen
Carolina is a vision science and public health professional with over 25 years of experience across clinical practice, academia, industry, and non-profit leadership. She has held roles in both R&D and Commercial at Alcon, connecting scientific evidence, practitioner needs, and strategic insight to advance eye care innovation. Carolina is President of The Optical Foundation and a three-time TEDx speaker.
