William Morris London has recognised 30 years of design with a special collection honouring three decades of design heritage and looking to the future.

The brand shared that the collection combines “design-led frames, vibrant colours and the always-on-the-move London spirit.”

A highlight in the collection is the limited-edition ‘Royal’ frame, created specifically for the anniversary.

The sleek, modernised aviator is made from premium acetate and available in a palette of black, crystal, blue and red.

The frame design takes inspiration from the iconic colours and geometry of the London Underground seat fabric.

George Clarke, William Morris London designer, said: “Designing the 30th anniversary frame was an exciting creative project, as it allowed me to build on the original 20th anniversary frame while bringing a fresh and modern perspective to the design.”

“The new frame celebrates the heritage of William Morris London while introducing a contemporary expression of the brand’s identity,” he said.

William Morris London will mark its milestone anniversary during Silmo on 27 September.
