SynergEyes has appointed Bob Ferrigno as its CEO, succeeding Dr James Kirchner who takes on the role of president emeritus.
Mr Ferrigno has led SynergEyes’ sales and marketing team as it has developed from a hybrid contact lens company into a specialty contact lens company.
Prior to joining SynergEyes, Mr Ferrigno was president of CooperVision’s North America division where he led the integration of Sauflon and a strategy to grow sales in the one-day contact lens market.
Dr Kirchner will continue to develop eye care relationships in the US and be involved in new product development.
