Peter Reeve steps up at Stepper

Stepper (UK) has promoted Peter Reeve to managing director, with overall responsibilities for the company’s domestic performance.

Stepper specialises in titanium ophthalmic frames and premium plastic frame design and manufacture, selling to over 60 countries.

Mr Reeve said: “Stepper means there is always something exciting in the product portfolio. In both the UK and our international business, I see enormous potential for growth for Stepper. Being an integral part of this growth process is very rewarding.”

Since his appointment to the company in 2003, Mr Reeve has had a pivotal role in the company’s UK success. He has seen the UK business grow to become one of the most successful distributors worldwide for the innovative ophthalmic brand.

Following Stepper UK and Stepper France’s acquisition by Arts Optical in 2014, Mr Reeve’s role was expanded to include wider commercial responsibilities as part of Stepper Eyewear’s international team. This meant helping oversee business development for distributors worldwide, in addition to his commercial director role in the UK market.
