20 20 Opticians and Hearing Care in Ayr has scored highly in a customer satisfaction survey, achieving a net promoter score of 82.
Practice manager at the Dalbair Road site, Fiona Conkie, shared that she believes the high score is due to the expert knowledge and friendly faces at the store, which leads patients to refer friends and family to the opticians.
“As a busy practice in Ayr, we’re really proud to have retained a high proportion of our staff and offer returning patients the same friendly faces in our waiting area and examination rooms, that they have become used to and comfortable with,” she said.
