Mido recognises best optical stores

Mido presented its Bestore awards this weekend in Milan (23–25 February) in recognition of the best optical stores in the world.

The optical trade show crowned Argentina’s Infinit Eyewear the winner of the Bestore Design award for the “unforgettable shopping experience” that it offers in Buenos Aires. Infinit Eyewear was selected for its layout, materials, design and furnishings.

Shoreditch-based Kite Eyewear won the Bestore Innovation award because of its “superb quality” customer experience, which focuses on one-to-one consultations.

Its “state of the art” eye examinations, consultations with an eyewear expert in a private booth and providing a drinks service from food and drink company Bompas and Parr at its Eyebar also contributed to the win.
