Optimax expands its treatment portfolio
People can now get treated for eye conditions including dry eye and blepharitis at Optimax clinics nationwide
27 May 2016
Laser eye surgery company Optimax has announced the expansion of its treatment portfolio to include procedures designed to relieve eye conditions.
Optimax, which has 28 clinics across the UK, will now offer treatments for conditions such as dry eye and blepharitis.
Medical director at the company, Amir Hamid, confirmed: “We now offer a variety of effective methods to control and treat eye conditions, which are non-invasive and can provide rapid relief.”
Patients who visit Optimax for treatment for dry eye or blepharitis will receive a detailed assessment of their eye condition and will have a treatment pathway recommended to them, the company explained. A patient’s progress after treatment will be evaluated at follow-up appointments.
