Heidelberg Engineering UK extends its support team

Appointment of technical support manager follows 450% growth in the company in four years

New technical support manager at Heidelberg Engineering UK, Kevin Hughes

Heidelberg Engineering has appointed Kevin Hughes as technical support manager, extending its UK support team. 

His appointment follows the 450% growth that Heidelberg Engineering UK has seen over the last four years.

Mr Hughes has over 16 years of experience in imaging and IT, specialising in the integration of diagnostic technology with patient management systems.

Joining an established team supporting Spectralis, HRT and Heyex data management installations, Mr Hughes is based in Wrexham, North Wales, and will cover the north of England, North Wales and Scotland. 

Mr Hughes said: “Heidelberg Engineering provides comprehensive diagnostic solutions to improve patient care both within the healthcare service and the community. I am looking forward to being part of the team to ensure customers always receive the highest level of technical support.”
