The custom contact lens manufacturer, Scotlens, has revealed a new brand identity following its acquisition six months ago.

The new logo brings the company into alignment with Contact Lens Precision Laboratories (CLPL), which acquired Scotlens in spring 2025.

The refreshed brand identity also reflects that of specialist soft contact lens manufacturer, and sister brand, Ultravision.

Scott Brown, CEO of Scotlens, shared: “This rebrand isn’t just about a new look – it's about reinforcing our shared values and amplifying our collective impact. By aligning with CLPL and Ultravision, we’re better positioned to drive innovation and reach more practitioners and patients who need specialist lens solutions.”

“We’re dedicated not only to delivering exceptional custom contact lenses, but also to creating a world where everyone has access to the information and education needed to maintain healthy eyes and improve their sight,” he said.

The new branding officially launched during the Hospital and Specialty Optometrists Conference, hosted by the AOP from 8–9 November in London.

Scotlens and Ultravision showcased their joint portfolio during the conference, including a catalogue of lenses designed for hospital clinics.

Sarahjane Cross, CEO of CLPL, commented: “Bringing Scotlens into the CLPL brand family represents a significant step forward in our mission to provide innovative vision solutions for challenging eye conditions.”

She continued: “Scotlens strengthens our commitment to our core purpose: improving lives and making things clearer.”
