Topcon is offering “simple and effective” treatment for dry eye with Eye-Light.
Eye-Light is an intense pulse light and low level light therapy platform for the treatment of dry eye that combines light modulation with optimal power energy (OPE).
It simultaneously treats the lower and upper eye lids with direct and indirect applications, and eradicates the need for the application of gel during the treatment with its cooling module.
Topcon explained that Eye-Light’s software allows safe management of treatment parameters by optimising heat emission that stimulates the Meibomian glands to resume normal functionality.
