Optometrist
JONATHON BRYAN OPTICIANS
Experienced optometrist
CHESTER CITY CENTRE | FULL-TIME, FIVE DAYS | £55,000–£65,000
Rediscover your passion for optometry.
This is a rare opportunity to practise optometry the way it was intended: with clinical freedom, unhurried appointments, and genuine patient relationships.
About us
Established in 1985, Jonathon Bryan Opticians is a family-owned, luxury independent boutique in the heart of Chester, opposite the Cathedral. We are a purely private practice, offering highly personalised eyecare and bespoke frame styling rather than high-volume testing.
The role
- 45-minute eye examinations, allowing time to deliver excellent clinical care
- An established, loyal private patient base and a close-knit, supportive team
- Full-time position, five days per week; no Sundays or late evenings
- A beautiful city-centre setting and a focus on quality over volume
- Salary range: £55,000–£65,000, dependent on experience.
Who we are looking for
An experienced, clinically excellent and patient-focused optometrist who values continuity of care, professional autonomy and building lasting relationships. Experience in a multiple or independent setting is welcome; the right approach to our patients is what matters.
Our clinical focus is private eye care.
