A&M Capital, the owner of the Bollé, Bollé Safety, Serengeti and Cébé, has established a new holding company in order to group the eyewear brands together.

The Bollé Brands holding company has been established following A&M Capital’s acquisition of the brands from the Vista Outdoor Group in August.

It will be led by CEO Peter Smith (pictured), who previously held the role of CEO at sailing clothing brand, Musto. Prior to this he worked with businesses such as Nike, Reebok and Paul Smith.

Speaking about Bollé Brands, Mr Smith said that the company is excited to have acquired brands with a heritage that goes back to 1888.

“Each brand and business unit has its own unique identity with huge potential. Our dedicated approach, support and investment will drive exciting new developments in product innovation and design, which will form the basis of considerable global growth. Business efficiency and customer service will be at the forefront of our operations,” he explained.

Bollé Brands will continue to be based in France and name changes will be established globally in the coming weeks.
