Continental Eyewear is promising that Optrafair 2017 (1–3 April, Birmingham NEC) will be extra special on its stand, D50.

The company’s popular wheel deal prize game will return at the show. The Wheel of Fortune inspired attraction offers customers a spin of the wheel for prizes once they have placed their order.

Continental Eyewear highlights that many months of work will bring together new releases in all of its collections at the show. X-eyes and the premium Jaeger pure Titanium collections both have several new additions scheduled to launch at the event.

Extra focus has been placed by the company on its popular Cameo collection. Continental Eyewear emphasises that its diverse and comprehensive range offers practices quality frames without a high price tag.

The Jacques Lamont classic collection will feature handmade acetate and diamanté detailing on its women’s frame launches while superb quality plating and robust manufacturing techniques have been used on the men's collection, according to the company.

Also featuring strongly on the stand will be the company’s Lazer plus and Lazer junior ranges, which are said by the company to offer unparalleled styling and colour detailing at the value end of the market.

Adding to these collections will be a number of new releases in the Matrix budget frames range (pictured).

Continental Eyewear’s sales and marketing manager, David Strathie, said: “Reacting to calls from practices to add a little bit of wow factor to our predominantly budget-focused Matrix collection, Continental Eyewear has added 12 new styles to this range, many due to be released in time for Optrafair.”

Mr Strathie added: “The sales of this particular collection have become unprecedented in recent times due to its excellent value for money and large age range appeal.

“We see this brand becoming even more popular with the influx of these new styles,” he concluded.
