We hear from an optometrist, whose job it is to triage referrals, and an ophthalmologist, who is responsible for providing the right treatment in a timely manner with finite resources. They will discuss the content of a helpful and an unhelpful referral letter and how to build a better relationship between primary and secondary eye care
