His Royal Highness the Duke of York visited Optos’ headquarters in Dunfermline on 2 July to present the business with its third Queen’s Award.
The equipment company won the award in April for the design of its California ultra-widefield imaging device.
Speaking about the accolade when it was announced, CEO of Optos, Robert Kennedy said: “To be recognised by such a prestigious business award is a great achievement for the entire team.”
