SynergEyes to host roadshows in support of new contact lenses

SynergEyes will host a series of roadshows for practitioners in September and October when it will also launch its new Duette range of contact lenses.

The roadshows will feature a one-hour CET lecture by Nick Atkins as well as a 30-minute live fitting demonstration from the SynergEyes professional services team.

Head of professional services for SynergEyes, Phil Thompson, said: “The aim of the roadshow is to help practitioners understand that SynergEyes Duette Hybrid contact lenses are not just for complex cases, but are a legitimate and affordable option for astigmatic patients of all ages, including presbyopes.”

The contact lenses feature SoftCushion Comfort Technology, as well as a UVA and UVB blocker for sun protection.

“SynergEyes Duette Hybrid provides a best-of-both-worlds approach to contact lenses, combining the visual performance of an RGP lens with the comfort of a soft lens.

This makes them a powerful tool in the armoury of the modern contact lens fitter in regular High Street contact lens practice,” Mr Thompson added.

The roadshows begin in London on 12 September, followed by Manchester (13), Leeds (14), Bristol (28), Birmingham on 10 October, Edinburgh, (11) and Glasgow (12).
