The terms and conditions for the Optometry Today reader survey 2025 prize draw
- AOP members and Optometry Today (OT) subscribers who are eligible to take part in our 2025 reader survey will receive a direct, personalised link via email to take part based on information that the AOP holds on its database
- This survey is for qualified optometrist, dispensing optician and contact lens optician AOP members and subscribers. AOP student members and pre-registration members are not eligible to take part in this survey
- The survey will be open from 22 August 2025 until 23:59 on 13 September 2025
- On full completion and submission of the 2025 OT reader survey, AOP members and OT subscribers will be asked to enter their email address if they wish to be entered into a free prize draw to win a £250 Amazon voucher
- One winner will be selected at random and contacted via email by 22 September 2025
- If the potential winner cannot be contacted and/or has not responded accepting the prize within 10 working days of the email being sent, the prize is forfeited and another winner will be selected at random
- The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered in whole or in part
- OT will not be responsible for incorrect data entry when participating in the prize draw
- It is the responsibility of entrants to notify OT of any change of contact details
- Entry implies agreement for OT to publicly disclose the name of the winner
- Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions as final and binding
- Entries which are not in accordance with the terms and conditions will be disqualified
- OT reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the prize draw at any time (and for any reason) without notice
- OT shall not be responsible for damages, losses or liabilities of any kind, including without limitation, direct, indirect or consequential loss or damages arising out of or in relation to the prize draw
- OT’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into
- The organiser of the prize draw is OT. All questions in relation to the prize draw should be emailed to the OT editor, [email protected].
