This video shows commonly presenting eyelid lesions and how to determine whether they are benign or malignant. The journey of patients with cancerous lesions will be illustrated with a series of pre-operative, intraoperative and post-operative clinical photographs. Mohs microsurgery for skin cancer will be discussed, indications for it and differences from conventional tumour excision surgery
