Optometry Today Prize Draw
Terms & conditions (August 2020)
- The prize draw opens on Friday 28 August 2020
- To be eligible for entry into the prize draw readers must have completed the OT and AOP survey sent via email titled Contact lens practice during COVID-19 – insights research and must have provided a valid email address
- The OT and AOP survey sent via email is in partnership with Johnson & Johnson Vision. This survey is being conducted according to the MRS Code of Conduct. All responses to this survey will be kept confidential and used in aggregate form to anonymously report back to Johnson & Johnson Vision. Participation in the survey will act as permission for us to do so
- All responses to the survey will remain anonymous
- The prize draw is open AOP members only
- Only one entry per person, per email address will be accepted
- Winners will be chosen at random
- The prize is one of three vouchers worth £100 from www.highstreetvouchers.com
- The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable and there is no cash alternative
- Entrants accept that OT and AOP may use their data in order to contact them in relation to survey
- All employees of the AOP, regular contributors of OT and nominated AOP representatives are excluded from the prize draw. This includes any family members
- OT and AOP take no responsibility for loss, delay or damage incurred as a result of automatic entry into the prize draw
- OT and AOP are not responsible for any technical issues (or other) that impede an entrants’ entry being submitted correctly and/or in full by the deadline stated
- OT and AOP are in no way liable for the reproduction or indirect access via third party website or homepage access which misstates or omits any of the information or terms and conditions connected with the promotion
- If a winner does not respond within five business days of the first notification, the winner forfeits their right to claim the prize and a new winner is selected at random.
- OT and AOP shall not be responsible should a winner provide incorrect contact details
- If a winner is unable to take up their prize for any reason, OT and AOP reserves the right to award it to an alternative winner, in which case the first winner chosen will not be eligible for any share of the prize whatsoever
- OT and AOP does not accept any responsibility for any liabilities, damage, disappointment, injury, death or loss incurred as a result of participating in the giveaway or accepting the prize other than such liability that cannot be excluded by law, where liability shall be limited to the minimum permissible by law
- OT and AOP reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this prize and without notice
- The prize draw is in no way affiliated with or sponsored by any brand
