Silhouette discontinues Adidas partnership
The Austrian eyewear company will launch its own sports collection in autumn

Silhouette is ending its partnership with sports clothing brand Adidas in order to launch its own premium sports eyewear brand in autumn.
The eyewear company highlighted that it has won awards for its eyewear with Adidas, which has been worn by Olympic gold medallists, world champions and World Cup winners.
Silhouette will design and make its own sports eyewear at its headquarters in Linz, Austria, with frame and filter technology being developed to match each other.
The new collection will be available from autumn in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Slovenia, Spain and selected retailers in the European Alps region, with a UK launch scheduled for 2020 the company confirmed.
