Optometry Today 's new practice team guide for success

Optometry Today (OT), in partnership with the AOP and Johnson & Johnson Vision, has published a new printed and online guide designed to support the whole practice team.

Aimed at members of the Association of Optometrists and OT subscribers, the Practice team guide: unlocking potential, is a professional development tool specifically created for practice owners and their teams. It covers issues such as fostering good mental health in the workplace, qualities that make a good optometrist and how to maintain an environmentally sustainable optometry practice.

Selina Powell, OT’s supplement editor, said: “This guide, developed in partnership with Johnson & Johnson Vision, aims to recognise and celebrate the value that cohesive teams bring to the optical profession. It is designed to share what works when bringing teams together and address key training needs – highlighting the support and expertise available to practitioners.”
