Marcolin Group has announced that Giovanni Zoppas (pictured) will step down as executive vice chairman and move to the eyewear company Thélios.
Mr Zoppas will remain as director of Marcolin’s board and take on the role of CEO and general manager at the joint venture between Marcolin and the LMVH Group.
The operational change is part of an agreed plan between the parties that is aimed at maximising the overall value of the eyewear company.
