New GOC Registrant Workforce and Perceptions survey

The GOC have launched their Registrant Workforce and Perceptions survey 2022 and are encouraging all registrants to take part.

This year’s survey is focused on learning more about the challenges and opportunities in relation to your job and career path.

The GOC will use the data to help them understand job satisfaction levels, future career plans and challenges that optometrists and dispensing opticians may face in daily clinical practice.

The survey is also an opportunity for you to give wider feedback on how well the GOC is performing as a regulator.

The findings from the survey will be presented in an easy to read report and shared with registrants and professional representative bodies. The survey takes 8-10 minutes to complete and there is a prize draw to win a £100 online gift card as a thank you for taking part.

The GOC has appointed Enventure Research to carry out this research, and all responses are confidential.
