PCSE CET grant rates issue resolved

Primary Care Support England (PCSE) has confirmed that an issue causing CET grant claims to be processed at last year’s rate has been fixed.

A processing error, identified in mid-July, had caused claims to be paid at £584, instead of this year’s rate of £596.

PCSE paused CET claims for 2021–2022 whilst the issue was investigated and resolved.

The issue only affected contractors in England.

The pricing issue has now been fixed, and contractors are able to process CET claims as usual.

Any claimants who were paid last year’s rate in error will be contacted by 5 August, with advice on how correction to the payment will be made.
