Teams from across Hakim Group practices in Ireland recently embraced the opportunity to connect at an educational event designed to build their confidence in optical dispensing.
Held at the Clayton Hotel, Limerick, the day focused on elevating practice teams’ knowledge on dispensing superior products, with an emphasis on service delivery for patients. It was led by eyewear brand Silhouette.
Hakim Group emphasised that the day was based on “empowering teams with knowledge and enthusiasm to offer exemplary services and products to patients,” and was delivered through a range of workshops and lectures.
The day was organised by optometrist and director of a number of Hakim Group practices in Ireland, Clodagh McGovern.
Speaking about establishing the day, Clodagh explained: “We envisioned a day where our teams could immerse themselves in learning, reflection and, of course, enjoyment. The engagement and enthusiasm exhibited by all participants has been overwhelming, and it was heartening to witness the shared vision and passion.”
The delivery of the day was supported by managing director of Silhouette UK, Perry Moore, alongside area manager for Silhouette Ireland, Clive Young, and four of their team.
