An independent in Weston-super-Mare is marking its 15th anniversary by offering a £15 off voucher to the first 15 customers who make a purchase in the practice today (14 February).
Optika Opticians was opened in 2005 by husband and wife team James and Alison Harwood.
Today, as part of the Hakim Group, it serves several generations of patients and stocks a wide range of designer frames including Michael Kors, Oakley and Ray-Ban.
Speaking about the milestone, optometrist and founder, Ms Harwood, said: “One of the best things about working at Optika is still seeing patients who came to us as children, who are now grown up and bringing their own family members. We’re a family practice in more ways than one.”
“Reaching this milestone as an independent is difficult in this day-and-age, so we feel this achievement should rightly be celebrated,” she added.
