Optical Express named Cardiffs best opticiansOptical Express has been rated the best opticians in Cardiff. The rating, from the website Three Best Rated.co.uk identifies the top three local businesses per category in any particular city.
The multiple’s accreditation was achieved by meeting high standards across the board, with the Cardiff clinic scoring highly on business reviews, ratings, complaints, cost and general excellence.
The clinic provides a wide range of eye care services, including laser eye surgery consultations and treatment.
Manager for Optical Express in Cardiff, Wayne Phillips, accepted the award on behalf of the store team. Mr Phillips is pictured, from left to right, with patient advisers Sara Mills and James Wilcox, as well as senior optical adviser, Matthew Trotman.
Optical Express chairman and chief executive, David Moulsdale, said: “With over 40 opticians in the Cardiff area, it is a testament to the level of service provided by Optical Express professionals that we have been recognised as the best in the city.”
Mr Moulsdale added: “Receiving recognition for being the best opticians in the Cardiff area means a lot to all of us, especially the clinic staff. We are committed to maintaining the highest possible standards, so it is great to know our customer service and clinical care has earned us acknowledgement by Three Best Rated.”
He concluded: “We’re especially pleased that the award takes so many factors into consideration, emphasising our consistent level of service."
