In this video, Henry Leonard, The AOP's Head of Clinical and Regulatory, will discuss how to keep good records and why it is central to clinical practice. The session will use examples of poor records you can critique for yourself. Henry will present some cautionary tales and run through some frequently asked questions and top tips.
