Johnson & Johnson Vision logoAssertiveness is a skill that can be developed, and using assertive communication can bring significant benefits to the way that you approach situations, provide feedback, and express your wants and needs at work. We’ll discuss different types of assertive behaviours and how our style can influence what we say and how we say it.

By the end of this webinar, delivered in partnership with Johnson and Johnson Vision, you will:

  • Consider what stops you from being assertive
  • The differences between passive, assertive and aggressive behaviour and how to communicate using the six types of assertive behaviour
  • Learn tips and ways of structuring your language of your communication
