Employer, Kate’s story
Kate (not her real name) is an employer who had been experiencing several ongoing issues with a member of staff and decided to terminate the staff member’s employment. The employee consequently filed a claim in the employment tribunal, claiming unfair dismissal and disability discrimination.
How we helped

This included advising on correspondence received from the tribunal, assisting with completing the case management agenda and preparation of a bundle of documents for the hearing.
