Moving in to optics from a career in marketing and public relations, dispensing optician Sue Edwards brings a creative flair to Martin Smith Opticians in Lincoln. While managing the practice's marketing activities such as open days and press releases, Ms Edwards believes that one of the most important aspects of her role is listening to and understanding patient needs.
How it feels to be a winner
I'm delighted, really, really proud ... it's a pat on the back for working hard and I wouldn't be able to do that without a great practice and a great team behind me.
