Additional sponsors for AIO conference

The Association of Independent Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians (AIO) announced last week (7 September) that Optos and Grafton Optical have become official partners of its annual conference.

The two optical companies will join the existing 15 sponsors to help fund and manage the event, which will run 9–12 October at Eastwood Hall in Nottingham.

The conference aim’s to bring stakeholders together in a ‘roundtable discussion’ to discuss key industry issues such as ‘free’ eye tests and the recently announced increase in general ophthalmic services (GOS) fees.
