Multiple names new professional services lead

Optometrist Jay Ghadiali has been promoted to director of professional services at Vision Express. Previously a clinical lead with the multiple, Mr Ghadiali initially joined Vision Express as a joint venture partner in 2002.

Mr Ghadiali’s new role will see him head up Vision Express’s professional services division.

Commenting on the appointment, CEO of Vision Express, Jonathan Lawson, said: “Our professional teams are an integral part of the customer journey and their engagement and leadership is critical. Jay will play a fundamental part in that leadership and the future direction of professional services within Vision Express. This is a new and very exciting role as the sector faces numerous changes, and we are really looking forward to the contribution Jay and his team will bring to the organisation.”
