Graduating from Glasgow Caledonian University with a first class BSc (Hons) in Optometry, Simran Kaur received top marks in the final year module, Shared Care.
The module covers the advanced understanding of common ocular disorders and the skills required for participation in co-management schemes. As a result, Ms Kaur was awarded an educational grant to attend a course at the Heidelberg Engineering Academy where she leant more about optical coherence tomography and the capabilities of Heidelberg Engineering’s Spectralis.
Ms Kaur is pictured with Heidelberg Engineering technical support and sales manager for the north east, Nick Timms.
