Update following PCSE service disruption

The AOP has published an update following login and authentication issues with Primary Care Support England services


The AOP has received an update from Primary Care Support England (PCSE) following a series of issues with Capita services.

Following a pre-planned Sharepoint migration over the weekend, there were issues with the login page and user authentication. The AOP confirmed that these issues have now been resolved.

An outstanding PVN issue for domiciliary providers has also now been resolved.

The AOP highlighted that the association is aware of ongoing issues that are affecting system performance.

“PCSE are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible,” the update confirmed.
