Lenstec Optical Group took home the premier award at the Caerphilly Business Forum Awards 2018 at Llechwen Hall Hotel on 23 November.
The family-owned company was crowned large business of the year earlier in the evening before being awarded the overall accolade.
The awards recognise businesses in Caerphilly that have demonstrated outstanding and consistent achievement over the last 12 months.
Lenstec has six sites and employs 200 people in the UK, including four sites in Caerphilly, with 115 members of staff.
