Marcolin has confirmed the early renewal of its exclusive global licensing agreement with luxury brand GCDS for the design, manufacturing and distribution of the brand’s sunglasses and optical frames.

GCDS was founded in 2015 by brothers Giuliano and Giordano Calza as a luxury contemporary fashion brand. The brand name is an acronym of Giuliano Calza Design Studio.

The partnership between GCDS and Marcolin began in 2019 with eyewear collections reflecting the unique aesthetics of the brand: experimentation, creativity, irony and street style.

The eyewear features sport-inspired and oversize shield designs with a bright colour palette.

The new agreement extends the partnership to 31 December 2028.
